The pinbacks were stuck on the pins after first use. I reported this and they gave me two sets of pins in exchange. These, however, were also very low quality. Both pin sets are snapped after 3 uses, and after that the pin backs are very easily fallen off since they’re snapped.
After I ordered, I also noticed that the product is actually shipped from China, so I’m guessing they outsourced their products there in exchange to make it very cheap but with low quality.

We’d also like to clarify that while we are a small British brand, our products are manufactured and shipped from our fulfilment partner in China. We’re transparent about this on our website, and manufacturing there does not mean that our products are intended to be cheap or low quality. We work closely with our supplier on quality control, which is why feedback like this is important to us.
Having two replacement sets break after only three uses is not something we would consider acceptable. Please contact our customer services again so we can look into what has happened and make sure this is properly resolved for you.
Los productos dorados estan manchados. Me pidieron fotos y le mande estas. Dicen que no se ve el problema. Si van a comprar que no sea en dorado por que llegan con defecto.
