beautiful pins! however I was sent the same piece twice rather than 2 connecting pieces so they don't work
Oh no, we're so sorry about that! 😔🧡 It sounds like there may have been a packing error, which definitely shouldn't happen! Please contact our customer service team through our website with a photo of the pieces you received, and we'll be happy to get this sorted for you! 🧡
The pins bend easily, especially on thicker fabric like denim, and the metal backs are very difficult to get on and off. I can’t use one because it is stuck. They’re cute though!
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you think they’re cute! 🧡 The zinc alloy does have some flexibility, so if a pin becomes slightly bent it can usually be gently bent back into position. The metal backs can also feel quite secure at first, but they should become much easier to remove once you get the knack of it - please see our user guide video on our website and email our customer services about the one that’s stuck and we’ll be happy to help get this sorted for you 😊
Cheap made
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality of your pins. 🧡 This isn’t the experience we want our customers to have. Please contact our customer services with your order details and a few photos so our team can take a look and help make this right for you. 😊
Love the design! Ordered wary knowing it might come a lil tarnished (bc other reviews say gold pieces do) hoping it won't be the case, but it did :( so that's why it's not 5 stars,, otherwise super cute and functions perfectly!
Thank you so much for your feedback! 🧡 We’re really glad you love the design and that your pin is working perfectly, but we’re very sorry to hear about the tarnishing — that’s definitely not the condition we expect it to arrive in.
Please email our customer services through our website, with your order details and a quick photo. We’d really like the opportunity to put this right for you. 😊🧡
Great device. Very useful for keeping jeans up and blouses closed
