Paid ยฃ20 pound for a poor quality pin - it doesnโt even come as a pair for both sides, so you need to spend double the money to be able ti use. Money grabber company not worth it.

Cute but we couldnโt get the back off of one of the large stars. Then the one we had gotten on to the jeans was stuck as well. Luckily (I guess) it broke within a few hours so it wasnโt stuck forever. Havenโt tried the other set yet but the first was pretty disappointing.
Hi, weโre really sorry to hear this. ๐งก The metal backs have a secure locking mechanism and do require a specific **Push โ Squeeze โ Pull** technique to remove, but the pin certainly shouldnโt break during normal use.
We have a short video in our User Guide showing exactly how to remove the backs, which you can also access via the QR code on the packaging.

I bought 6 sets of and havenโt been able to use any. Either they donโt work (the clasp doesnโt fit together) or itโs impossible to get the back off to even put it on my pants. Very cheaply made.

Our metal pin backs have a secure locking mechanism, so there is a particular way to remove them, but they certainly shouldnโt be impossible to use. We provide a video guide on our user manual page of our website. Every customer has a QR code on their products to take them to this page to see how the backs should be removed correctly. We hope you saw it.
